Welcome to thinkresilience.ca (the "Site"), operated by Think Resilience Inc. ("Think Resilience", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. For informational purposes only
Content on the Site (including articles, posts, tools, examples, and descriptions of climate hazards, insurance trends, or adaptation measures) is provided for general information only. It is not professional, engineering, legal, insurance, financial, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Do not act or refrain from acting based on Site content without obtaining appropriate professional advice.
Climate-related information involves inherent uncertainty. Projections, scenarios, and loss figures referenced on the Site are illustrative and rely on third-party models and data whose accuracy we do not warrant.
2. No client relationship
Using the Site, contacting us, or subscribing to our content does not create an advisory or client relationship with Think Resilience. Advisory services are provided only under a signed engagement letter and our service terms and conditions.

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and materials) are owned by Think Resilience or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view, download, and print content for your personal or internal business use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
